• The Healing Springs - Your pet can have it's hit points raised (fully or partially), you pet could be cured of a disease like Neopox, your pet may be fed for free, and also, you may be able to buy cheap healing potions. You can go every half an hour.
  
  
• Tyrannian Omelette - Grab a free piece of omelette every day and you won't have to spend as many points on food.
  
  
• Soup Kitchen - If you only have a very small amount of neopoints, you can get free soup from the Soup Faerie whenever you need it.
  
  
• Money Tree - If you hang around the money tree for awhile you are bound to pick up an item or some neopoints left there by a generous player, or perhaps by the ghosts. Also, sometimes Neopets have special days that they stock the money tree with items like faeries or pizzas so keep an eye our for those.
  
  
• Neopets' Sponsers - You can make a nice amount of neopoints by signing up with Neopets' sponsers. Make sure you give a correct e-mail address or you won't get the points or item. Also make sure you are patient, it may take a little while for your prize to come

Here are some helpful tips for making thousand of neopoints out of your shop:

• Keep an eye on the shop wizard and make sure your prices always put you in the top 1-3 of the lists. If your items are too expensive, it's unlikely people will buy from you.
  
  
• Buy low from the main Neopian shops, then check the shop wizard and put the items in for the cheapest.
  
  
• Advertise on the Shops Ads chat board. Click on "Chat" on the left-hand Neopets menu. If you are young you will need to have your parents permission to use the chat boards.
  
  
• Keep the amount of music, graphics etc in your shops to a minimum. The more pictures you put in your shop the longer it takes to load, and the more likely someone is to just give up and leave before buying anything. Animated backgrounds are absolute shockers, stay away from those.
  
  
• Have a theme. Make your shop interesting to encourage people to return
